Attorney Alice Burgos is dedicated to assisting individuals, families, and corporations as they navigate the complex immigration process. Her passion for immigration law has made her a strong advocate for immigrants throughout Florida and the United States. She represents clients for investor visas, employment based visas, family visas, and citizenship. She also frequently pursues litigation in Federal Court for erroneous denials and unreasonable processing delays of cases.
Attorney Alice Burgos is Puerto Rican. She was born in Bronx, New York and raised in Orlando, Florida. She attended the University of Central Florida where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies. She graduated Cum Laude with her Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law. She found her passion for immigration during law school where she studied immigration and asylum law and was able to volunteer at local naturalization clinics. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando. She was nominated to the Board for the Adult Literacy League, a non-profit, dedicated to building a literate community and looks forward to serving the community. The Adult Literacy League offers classes to learn English, to study for the citizenship exam, and so much more. Prior to becoming an attorney, she worked as a Bankruptcy paralegal for more than eight years.
